EXPERTISE
Interactions’ research rationale is based on Personal Construct Psychology, a model that helps us to understand how attitudes and ideas are acquired, how they are linked together and how they can
be changed or altered, for example to promote the use of a particular product or service.
Personal Construct Psychology (PCP) examines psychological structures and allows
us to:
• Identify the unique benefits of any product or service for the individual
• Measure perceptions and prioritise user needs
• Identify the potential target audience and specifically the early adopters
• Identify psychographic segments
• Identify the barriers to uptake and how to overcome them
• Determine the product/service attributes required to overcome the barriers
• Identify the marketing communications necessary to raise awareness of product and brand
Our principal consultants are trained in the use of PCP tools and techniques and have successfully applied them over the years in the areas of banking, education, transport, radio, sustainability and European research projects among others.
